Juventus may make a late move for Parma defender Bruno Alves, according to Calciomercato.

The Serie A champions have turned their attentions to the 37-year-old after Giorgio Chiellini joined Andrea Barzagli and Leonardo Bonucci on the injury list.

Domagoj Vida of Besiktas and Chelsea's Andreas Christensen are also under consideration.

West Ham reject Hernandez bid


West Ham have rejected a £7million ($9.1m) bid from Real Betis for Javier Hernandez, according to Sky Sports.

The Mexican has grown frustrated at his lack of regular game-time at the London Stadium and is considering a move before the deadline.

Valencia manager Marcelino revealed at the weekend that he was interested in signing the former Manchester United forward, though an agreement was far from being reached.

Arana deal collapses


Guilherme Arana is set to stay at Sevilla after a move to Corinthians collapsed, according to ESPN.

Brazilian outfit Corinthians were increasingly confident of signing the 21-year-old before Thursday's deadline.

However, the move looks to be off as the clubs cannot agree a fee.

Valencia promote Kang


Valencia have promoted South Korean teenager Kang In Lee to the first-team.

The 17-year-old has recently been playing for Valencia's reserve team VCF Mestalla. 

Arsenal youngster set for Bundesliga move


Arsenal teenager Emile Smith Rowe is set to join RB Leipzig on loan until the end of the season, according to The Independent.

The two clubs have already agreed terms over the deal, with Smith Rowe on his way to Leipzig to complete the move.

Gunners boss Unai Emery has been given assurances that the 18-year-old will see regular first-team action during his time in Germany.

PSG closing in on Bakker


Paris Saint-Germain are close to signing Ajax defender Mitchel Bakker, according to Voetbal International.

The 18-year-old only made his senior debut this season but is set to continue his development in the French capital.

AC Milan were also linked with the teenager, but PSG look to have won the race for the Netherlands U19 international.

Wolves eye Azmoun loan


Wolves are in talks with Russian side Rubin Kazan over a loan deal for Sardar Azmoun, according to Sky Sports.

The Black Country outfit are set to pay a £1.75million ($2.3m) loan fee for the Iran international with the option to complete a £11.4million ($14.9m) permanent deal at the end of the season.

Azmoun, nicknamed the 'Iranian Messi', scored four times during Iran's run to the Asian Cup semi-finals earlier this month.

Rabiot set to stay at PSG - for now


Adrien Rabiot has returned to first-team training with Paris Saint-Germain and is expected to stay until the end of his contract this summer, according to La Parisen.

PSG were hoping to cash-in on Rabiot this month, with the midfielder refusing to sign a new deal with the French champions.

However, with no deal imminent, Rabiot is now set to run his contract down and leave on a free this summer. 

SPAL confirm Murgia deal


SPAL have confirmed the signing of Alessandro Murgia from Lazio on loan until the end of the season.

The 22-year-old struggled for regular action at the Stadio Olimpico, making just four appearances in all competitions this campaign.

Everton must pay £35m for Batshuayi


Chelsea are searching for a permanent move for the Belgian

Chelsea will demand Everton pay £35 million ($46m) for striker Michy Batshuayi, reports The Guardian.

Batshuayi has returned to the Blues after his season-long loan to Valencia was cut short, with West Ham interested in taking him on loan. 

Chelsea would prefer to sell the striker outright, and will demand a hefty fee should Everton wish to make a deal. 

West Ham contact Chelsea over Giroud


West Ham have asked Chelsea about the availability of striker Olivier Giroud, reports the Daily Mail. 

Giroud is considering his future at Chelsea after the arrival of Gonzalo Higuain, and recently rejected the chance to join Chinese side Dalian Yifang.

The Hammers are looking to improve their front line amid concerns over the health of Marko Arnautovic.

Layun joins Monterrey


Mexico international full-back Miguel Layun has joined Liga MX side Monterrey, the club have announced. 

The 30-year-old returns to Mexico after leaving Club America in 2014. During his time in Europe, Layun played for Watford, Porto, Sevilla and most recently Villarreal

Layun represented Mexico at the 2014 and 2018 World Cup.

Nani has '50-50' chance of making MLS move


Former Manchester United winger Nani has a "50-50" chance of moving to MLS, reports ESPN FC. 

The 32-year-old is currently in Portugal with Sporting CP, where he has scored eight goals in 25 league and cup appearances this season.

Lazio interested in Lala


Lazio are hoping to sign Strasbourg right-back Kenny Lala in the summer, reports Le10Sport

The Serie A side were looking to sign Lala in January, but Strasbourg have pushed back on selling the Frenchman this month. 

Saint-Etienne are also interested in signing the 27-year-old. 

Cardiff to move for Spurs flop Janssen


Cardiff City are planning a deadline-day move for Tottenham striker Vincent Janssen, reports The Sun.

The 24-year-old has been exiled to Tottenham's U-23 squad, with Mauricio Pochettino confirming he is not in the club's plans. 

Real Betis are also interested in the Dutchman, but Cardiff are willing to match their offer of a six-month loan with a £15 million ($20m) option to buy.

D.C. United land Jara from Boca Juniors


D.C. United have announced the acquisition of right-back Leonardo Jara on a season-long loan from Boca Juniors.

The 27-year-old was a regular for Boca, making 71 appearances for the club since joining from Estudiantes De La Plata in 2006. 

Monaco open N’Koudou talks


Monaco are in talks with Tottenham over a loan deal for Georges-Kevin N’Koudou, according to Sky Sports.

The French winger has made just three appearances for the club this season and has been given permission to seek a move this month.

Vincent Janssen is also expected to leave Spurs on loan before the deadline and is currently in talks with Real Betis.

Lennon leaves Hibs


Hibernian have confirmed that manager Neil Lennon and assistant Garry Parker have left the club by mutual consent.

The Scottish club says that they not been sacked and have not resigned.

Former Celtic boss Lennon was suspended earlier this month following an incident at a team meeting.

West Ham sign Benfica winger


West Ham have signed 19-year-old winger Mesaque Dju from Benfica.

The Portugal U20 international has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract and will initially join up with the club's U23 squad.



Barca accidentally announce Suarez to Arsenal


Barcelona confirmed midfielder Denis Suarez's loan move to Arsenal - before later deleting the article. 

The article stated that the 25-year-old had also signed a new contract with Barca through to the summer of 2021.

The deal also includes the option for Arsenal to make Suarez's move permanent at the end of the season.

PSG confident of de Ligt deal


Paris Saint-Germain are hoping to beat Barcelona to the signing of Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt, according to Mundo Deportivo.

The French champions are desperate to secure the Dutchman's signature after missing out on Frenkie de Jong, who signed a deal with Barca last week.

Bayern MunichJuventus and Manchester City have also been linked with the 19-year-old. 

West Brom to sign Newcastle winger


West Brom are close to signing winger Jacob Murphy on loan from Newcastle, according to The Telegraph.

The deal is likely to be a straight loan until the end of the season with no option to buy included.

The former Norwich youngster has made just nine Premier League appearances for the Magpies this season.

Silva expects Gueye to remain at Everton


Everton manager Marco Silva is hopeful that Idrissa Gueye will remain at Goodison Park, after revealing there have been 'no new offers' for the midfielder from Paris Saint Germain.

The French champions had a £22m ($29m) bid for the 29-year-old rejected at the start of the week.

Real Madrid will look to prise Joao Cancelo away from Juventus and back to La Liga, according to Don Balon.

Los Blancos president Florentino Perez is keen on the former Valencia man and wishes to recruit the winger following his impressive performances in Turin.

The Portuguese came through the Benfica youth system and spent last season on loan with Juve’s Serie A rivals Inter.

West Ham knock back Heerenveen for Oxford


West Ham have reportedly turned down a loan offer from Dutch outfit Heerenveen to take Reece Oxford to the Netherlands for the rest of the season, says Sky Sports.

The 20-year-old, who is under contract with the Hammers until 2021, has been linked with a number of clubs this transfer window, will apparently now remain at London Stadium for the remainder of the campaign.

The England youth international previously had temporary stints away from the club with Reading and Borussia Monchengladbach.

Swansea's Bony set for Al Arabi loan


Swansea striker Wilfred Bony is set to spend the rest of the season on loan at Al Arabi in Qatar, per Sky Sports.

The 30-year-old, formerly of Manchester City, has been out for the best part of a year with a knee injury.

The Swans are thought to be keen to offload Bony to ease their financial concerns, with the forward on the highest pay packet at the Liberty Stadium.

Betis eye move for Spurs striker Janssen


Real Betis are looking to make a late swoop for out-of-favour Tottenham Hotspur striker Vincent Janssen, according to Sky Sports.

The forward has not figured in Mauricio Pochettino’s plans and the club is thought to be looking to offload him on a permanent basis.

Betis however wish for an initial loan deal, with a potential to-buy clause if the initial spell in La Liga is successful.

Schalke submit loan offer for Perez


West Ham striker Lucas Perez is the subject of interest from Schalke, who have tabled a loan bid for his services on Wednesday.

According to BBC Sport, the Bundesliga giants want to secure a temporary six-month deal for the 30-year-old, with the option to buy in the summer.

Perez has scored five goals in 14 appearances for West Ham since joining the club from Arsenal last August.

Sarri tells Hazard he can leave for Real Madrid


The Blues boss insists that the Belgian should be allowed to depart in the summer if he wishes, but hopes he will ultimately decide to stay in London.

Real Madrid have been linked with a move for the Belgian for months now, with the galactico shaped hole in their squad yet to be filled since the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus last summer.

Sarri stated in a press conference on Wednesday: "Eden is 28. If he wants to go, I think he has to go. Of course, I hope the opposite.

"I hope he wants to stay here with us and improve. He has the potential to be the best player in Europe at the moment."

Toulouse agree to January sale for Todibo


Toulouse have agreed to a January deal with Barcelona for Toulouse Jean-Clair Todibo, according to Mundo Deportivo. 

A deal with the player was reached in January for Todibo to join Barca when his contract expires in the summer, but Barca were keen to hurry the deal along.

The 19 year-old is badly out of favour at the Ligue 1 outfit, and has reportedly been angry at the lack of first-team opportunities since signing as a professional. 


West Ham close to signing Maxi Gomez


West Ham are reportedly close to signing Celta Vigo striker Maxi Gomez, on a deal which will see him join the club this summer.

According to Sky Sports, the Hammers will have to stump up a £40m ($52m) fee to secure the Uruguayan's services, but he will remain in La Liga until the end of the current campaign.

Gomez has contributed nine goals and five assists across all competitions for Celta Vigo this term.

Jordi Alba agrees new Barca deal


Jordi Alba has agreed a contract extension at Barcelona, a deal that will keep him at the club until 2024, report El Larguero.

The deal will be announced formally on Friday, and will bring to an end months of speculation over the Spain international's future. 


Roma want Vida on loan


Roam want to sign Croatia defender Domagoj Vida on loan until the end of the season.

The Besiktas man starred as Croatia reached the World Cup final in Russia in the summer, and the Serie A side are keen to bring the player in to add to their defensive options.

Juventus keen on Lyon's Ndombele


Juventus have turned their attentions in the transfer market to Lyon's Tanguy Ndombele, according to Tuttosport. 

The 22 year-old made his debut for Didier Deschamps' France side in October 2018, and has risen rapidly in the estimations of European scouts.

Ndombele has made 57 appearances for Lyon since signing from Amiens in 2017.

Matt Polster signs for Rangers


Rangers have confirmed the signing of United States international Matt Polster on Wednesday, in an announcement on their official website.

The 25-year-old moves to the Scottish Premier League from MLS outfit Chicago Fire, on a two-year contract.

Polster is a versatile player capable of functioning as a right-back or as a midfielder and could make his Rangers debut this weekend against St Mirren.

Monaco set to sign Kagawa on loan


AS Monaco are on the verge of signing Borussia Dortmund midfielder Shinji Kagawa on loan until the end of the season, according to Sky Germany.

The Ligue 1 outfit are still desperate to bring in more reinforcements before the transfer window closes, as they bid to stave off relegation over the next few months.

Kagawa has only appeared in four matches for Dortmund across all competitions this term, falling way down the pecking order under club boss Lucien Favre.

Stoke in talks to sign Vokes


Stoke City have opened talks with Burnley over a possible transfer for Sam Vokes, according to the Telegraph.

Peter Crouch could be sent to Turf Moor as part of any potential deal, with Burnley's current valuation of the striker holding up the deal at the moment.

Vokes has scored three goals in 20 Premier League appearances for Burnley this season.

Bordeaux close to Adli deal


Bordeaux are close to completing the signing of PSG midfielder Yacine Adli, according to RMC.

The player, who has made just one start in Ligue 1, is expected to sign a four and a half year deal. 

Adli had looked set to join Arsenal last summer but a deal for the 18 year-old starlet failed to materialize. 

Real Madrid keen on Benfica's Jovic


Real Madrid are interested in signing Benfica's 21 year-old striker Luka Jovic, according to AS. 

The forward has spent the season on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga, and Real are hoping to pull off a deal to bring in the Serb in the summer. 

Jovic has scored 18 goals in 25 games for Frankfurt during his loan spell, reportedly stoking the interest of Barcelona and Bayern Munich as well as the European champions.

Nkunku's agent confirms Arsenal interest


The Gunners have opened talks with the Ligue 1 champions regarding the Frenchman's availability, with just two days left of the January window.

The 21-year-old has emerged as a primary transfer target for the Gunners over the last week, as Arsenal boss Unai Emery aims to bolster his current squad.

Nkunku's agent Jose-Karl Pierre-Fanfan confirmed the rumours of a possible departure for the midfielder on Monday, stating: "There is a real interest from Arsenal for Nkunku, but the discussions are quite complicated."

Arsenal have entered into talks to sign Yannick Carrasco from Chinese outfit Dalian Yifang, according to Sky in Italy. 

The Gunners turned to the Belgium international after being frustrated in their efforts to sign Ivan Perisic from Inter

Carrasco joined Dalian Yifang in 2016 from Atletico Madrid but has made no secret of his desire to return to Europe. 


AC Milan target Osimhen after withdrawing Deulofeu interest


AC Milan have targeted Nigerian Victor Osimhen after ending their interest in Gerard Deulofeu, report Corriere dello Sport.

The striker has spent the season on loan from the Bundesliga side at Belgian club Charleroi.

The interest comes after Milan baulked at Watford's asking price for Deulofeu, believed to have been around €30million (£26million/$34million).

Lille want Swansea midfielder Fer


Lille are interested in bringing in Swansea's Dutch midfielder Leroy Fer, according to L'Equipe.

The Swans skipper only has six months of his contract left to run with the Championship side, and Lille could move to bring in the Netherlands international as a replacement for Thiago Mendes who looks set to leave.

The Super League side were ready to offer the France striker €10million ($11.4m/£8.7m) a year, but Giroud has opted against the move as he fears it could affect his chances of remaining in the national team. 

Huddersfield sign Charlton striker Grant


Huddersfield have confirmed the signing of Charlton striker Karlan Grant, according to the club website.

The 21 year-old has signed a deal until 2022 and joins the Terriers for an undisclosed fee. 

Grant has scored 14 goals for the Addicks in League One this season. 


Inter unhappy with Perisic over failed Arsenal move


Inter are unhappy with Ivan Perisic over the player pushing for a move away from the club, accoring to Gazzetta dello Sport.

Arsenal reportedly told the Croatian him they could offer him €7m-a-season, almost doubling his wages, but failed to collow up with a concrete offer. 

The Gunners were only interested in a loan with an option to buy, but Inter are only willing to negotiate a permanent sale, as they would lack the time and resources to bring in a replacement.

Martial to pen new deal at United


Anthony Martial will sign a new five-year deal with Manchester United this week, according to Mohamed Bouhafsi.

The new deal, running until 2024, is due to be signed on Friday and will bring to an end months of speculation regarding the France international's future. 

Fellaini agrees terms with Shandong Luneng


Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini has agreed terms on a transfer to Chinese Super League club Shandong Luneng - according to BBC Sport.

The Belgian will leave Old Trafford after a six-year stay at the club, during which he managed to win the FA Cup, Carabao Cup and Europa League.

Fellaini has racked up 177 appearances for United since 2013, but has fallen down the pecking order at the club since the arrival of caretaker boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Everton forward Ademola Lookman has emerged as a top transfer target for AC Milan, according to The Mirror.

The Toffees have already turned down an approach from the Italian giants, insisting that the Englishman is not for sale during the current window.

Lookman has featured in 13 Premier League matches for Everton this term, contributing two assists.

Wagner leaves Bayern for China


Bayern Munich forward Sandro Wagner has completed a move to Tianjin TEDA in the Chinese Super League, the German club has announced on Wednesday.

The 31-year-old's 11-year stint with the Bundesliga champions has come to an end, after he requested to be released from his contract.

Bayern sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic stated after the transfer was finalised: "Sandro Wagner came up to us and asked for release from his contract. He has a very attractive offer from China and we have met his request. 

"We expressly thank Sandro for spending time with FC Bayern and wish him all the best and much success for his future in China."

Rahman leaves Chelsea on loan


Chelsea left-back Baba Rahman has joined French club Reims on loan until the end of the season, according to the club's official website.

The 24-year-old spent the first-half of the 2018-19 campaign on loan at Schalke, but only managed two Bundesliga appearances in total.

Since joining Chelsea in 2015 Rahman has appeared in 21 matches for the club across all competitions.

Di Santo set for Galatasaray switch


Schalke forward Franco Di Santo is finalising a move to Galatasaray, according to Bild.

Negotiations between the two clubs are reportedly in advanced stages, with a 1.5 year contract offer mooted.

The 29-year-old only appeared in five matches for Schalke this season and failed to find the back of the net.

Jese joins Real Betis on loan


Paris Saint Germain forward Jese Rodriguez has completed a loan transfer to Real Betis, on a deal until the end of the season - as per BBC Sport.

The Spaniard was sent on a season-long loan to Stoke City for the 2017-18 campaign, where he scored once in 13 appearances.

He returned to PSG last summer but has only featured once for the French champions this season and will now be plying his trade in La Liga until June.

Sheffield United to sign Hogan on loan


Aston Villa striker Scott Hogan is on the verge of completing a loan switch to Sheffield United, according to Sky Sports.

Villa are happy to allow the 26-year-old to leave the club before Thursday's transfer deadline and he completed a medical at Sheffield United on Tuesday ahead of a proposed move.

Hogan has failed to find the back of the net this season, with just six appearances to his name across all competitions so far.

Florentin Pogba set for Atlanta switch


Florentin Pogba will complete a free transfer to MLS outfit Atlanta United, according to L'Equipe.

The Frenchman has been a free agent since being released by Turkish club Genclerbirligi last summer and went on trial with Elche in La Liga earlier this month.

Pogba will now join up with Dutch coach Frank de Boer, who took over as manager at Atlanta in December.

Trabzonspor midfielder Abdulkadir Omur has emerged as a top transfer target for Liverpool, according to iNews.

The 19-year-old dubbed 'the Turkish Messi' has attracted attention from a number of top European clubs, including Bayern Munich and Arsenal.

However, Liverpool are thought to be leading the chase for his signature, with just two days left before the January window slams shut.


West Ham set to sign Dju

Juventus and Dortmund move for Christensen

Juventus and Borussia Dortmund are both set to bid for Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen, reports The Sun. 

After playing a big role last season, Christensen has managed just one Premier League appearance in 2018-19 under Maurizio Sarri. 

Christensen's lack of game time has given hope to Juve and Dortmund, who both wish to seal a move for the Dane before Thursday's transfer deadline. 

Sarri insists Hudson-Odoi must 'respect' Chelsea


Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has told Callum Hudson-Odoi that he must respect his club after the Blues rejected the teenager's transfer request.

Hudson-Odoi requested a transfer so he could join Bayern Munich, who have made multiple bids for the 18-year-old. 

But the Blues denied Hudson-Odoi's request, and Sarri has said that the teenager needs to respect the club and the academy where he developed.

New York City FC are closing in on the €8 million ($9m) signing of Alex Mitrita from Universitatea Craiova, Fanatik claims. 

The 23-year-old played for Pescara in Serie B and Serie A before moving back home to Romania in January 2018. 

Mitrita will reportedly sign a four-year contract worth €1m per season.

Watford tell Milan that Deulofeu won't leave in January


Watford have told Milan that winger Gerard Deulofeu will not be sold in January, according to Calciomercato

Milan were hoping to land Deulofeu this month on a loan-to-buy agreement, with Watford initially preferring a straight sale. 

However, the Hornets have changed their mind and the 24-year-old will now stay through the end of the season at least. 

Blackburn and Stoke chasing Austin


Blackburn and Stoke are both hoping to sign Charlie Austin on loan from Southampton, reports The Sun.

Saints are willing to let Austin leave this month as the club continue to trim wages under new manager Ralph Hasenhuttl. 

Stoke are also interested in Burnley's Sam Vokes, whom they would prefer over Austin.
