Juventus are looking to sign two of England's top young stars in Phil Foden and Jadon Sancho, claims Tuttosport.

Foden, 18, has made the breakthrough to Manchester City's senior team, though he has yet to find regular playing time.

Sancho, also 18, left City in search of more game time and is finding it at Borussia Dortmund, where he leads Europe's top five leagues in assists this season.

Maradona's girlfriend to join Dorados


Diego Maradona's girlfriend, Rocio Oliva, will team up with Dorados women's team, according to ESPN.

Maradona took over as coach of Mexican side Dorados last month, but will soon have a family connection with his girlfriend, who used to play for CA Excursionistas, on the way.

Man City sign teenage goalkeeper


16-year-old Bazunu heading to England

Manchester City have reached an agreement with Shamrock Rovers for Gavin Bazunu.

The 16-year-old goalkeeper will join the Premier League side in 2019 after the clubs reached a deal that Rovers said "is fair to say that this is the biggest transfer by an Irish club in the professional era".

Bazunu made his Rovers debut in June and has impressed as the youngest goalkeeper ever to play for the first-team, even shining against AIK Stockholm in the Europa League qualifiers.

​Firmino tops Barcelona shortlist


Barcelona are plotting a move for Roberto Firmino as they look for a successor to Luis Suarez, Don Balon claims.

The Catalan side believe they have seen the best of the Uruguayan striker and are eyeing a new partner for Lionel Messi.

Firmino is seen as the ideal man to take Suarez's place as they believe he will suit their style and slot in well with Messi and Philippe Coutinho.

The under-fire Man Utd manager appears set to keep hold of his job

Manchester United's owners, the Glazer family, are still backing under-fire manager Jose Mourinho, reports ESPN FC.

United are winless in four matches and Mourinho's position has been called into question amid seemingly endless feuds with players and club management. 

But the Glazers still believe that Mourinho is the right man for the job, and have backed the Portuguese manager to turn the ship around at Old Trafford. 

Bournemouth watching Lazzari


Bournemouth are keeping an eye on SPAL midfielder Manuel Lazzari, according to Calciomercato

The 24-year-old Lazzari can play at right-back or right midfield, and recently made his debut for the Italy national team. 

Bournemouth are hoping to make a January move for Lazzari, but SPAL won't entertain any offers until after the season. 

Everton monitoring Welbeck situation


Everton are keeping a close eye on Danny Welbeck’s contract situation at Arsenal, reports the Mirror

Welbeck is in the final year of his contract and appears likely to leave the Gunners with no progress being made on a new deal. 

The Toffees were interested in the 27-year-old in the summer, and are set to make another attempt to land him on a free. 

Gattuso quiet on Ibrahimovic to Milan rumours


AC Milan coach Gennaro Gattuso says he is in the dark over the possibility of Zlatan Ibrahimovic making a return to the club.

Reports in Italian media said the San Siro side were preparing a short term contract to bring the LA Galaxy striker back in January.

However, Gattuso stayed quiet when asked about the club's interest in the Swede.

Bruce sacked by Aston Villa


Aston Villa have confirmed that Steve Bruce has been sacked from his role as manager.

The Championship side have won just one of their last nine games and a fan threw a cabbage at the former Manchester United defender during their 3-3 draw with Preston on Tuesday.

The club have opted to relieve the 57-year-old and assistants Colin Calderwood, Steve Agnew, Stephen Clemence and Gary Walsh of their duties, allowing Under 23s manager Kevin MacDonald to take charge for their next game.

Tottenham scouts are monitoring Hirving Lozano ahead of a predicted bidding war for the PSV star, according to The Mirror.

The Mexico international is thought to be in his final year in Eindhoven and is reportedly on Barcelona's wanted list after impressing at the World Cup.

Paris Saint-Germain are ready to enter the race to sign Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba, according to the Sun.

Pogba wants to leave the club after continued disagreements with manager Jose Mourinho, though he might be willing to stay if the manager is fired.

PSG, who think they will avoid any Financial Fair Play sanctions, have already talked to Pogba's agent Mino Raiola over a possible move and believe he is willing to join them. 

PSG planned Ronaldo move if Neymar or Mbappe left


Cristiano Ronaldo was on the radar of Paris Saint-Germain, but only if the club lost either Neymar or Kylian Mbappe, reports le10sport

The Ligue 1 champions did contact Ronaldo's agent, Jorge Mendes, in the spring when it was clear the star wanted to leave Real Madrid.

Liverpool likely to lose out on Serie A target


Liverpool are likely to lose out on Cagliari midfielder Nicolo Barella amid other Serie A interest, reports Calciomercato.

The Reds and Monaco were both looking at a deal for Barella, but Inter is a preferred destination due to his desire to remain in Serie A.

Roma and Milan also are monitoring the situation, with a January move possible though the midfielder may cost €40 million (£36m/$46m) to sign.
