The player has been a target for the big Cat, who have struggled to have a consistent midfield this season. Team manager Tony Lidonde has told Goal they have secured services of the player for a long term contract. "It is true we have sealed his signature, Majid is now part of us and, a worth and valuable addition to the team. He will definitely help us push for the title this season, because of his quality."
The sentiments have been echoed by Organizing Secretary Timothy Lilumbi, who says Chemelil have already given them a go ahead. "We had reached an agreement with Chemelil over the player, and I am happy that they are willing to do business with us."
This comes a few days after Ingwe sealed the deal for Ugandan Mussa Mudde from Bandari.
