“I did not go to Croatia for holidays. Of course, I went to see my family but I went to see players from Croatia as well, because there are potentials who can play for Asante Kotoko,” Lugarusic told Peace FM.
“You never know. I can bring some of these players to play for Kotoko one day. Some of them are very good and can help our course so I went there to have a close look at them and see what happens in the future,” he added.
Kotoko will host Inter Allies on Sunday in matchday nine of the league as they hope to go top of the log for the first time.
The Porcupines sit second, tied on the same points with leaders Aduana Stars, who have a better goal difference.
Aduana welcome title holders Wa All Stars, who lost their outstanding matchday three game to Wafa on Sunday.
