Berekum Chelsea coach Svetislav Tanasijevic has praised his players following their 1-1 stalemate against Aduana Stars in Ghana Premier League matchday 10 clash on Friday.

Stephen Amankona gave the Blues the lead but a late strike from Emmanuel Akuoko brought Aduana level to prevent Chelsea from picking their first away win of the season.

"We did very well and were close to winning the game but things turned on their head. However, I believe we can still make things work," Tanasijevic told Dormaa FM.

"We conceded a goal which could've been avoided no matter what was going on against us. However, we'll forget the points thrown here and hope for the best in the future.

"The dream to finish within the top four is still alive and I believe my players have the quality to make it happen since we even have one outstanding game," he added.

Chelsea have moved three places up to seventh position with 12 points, while Aduana have dropped to 13th position with eight points.
