Marko Arnautovic has seemingly confirmed his imminent transfer to West Ham by posting an Instagram message with the words “London here I come”.
The Hammers confirmed that they had agreed a deal with Bayer Leverkusen to sign striker Javier Hernandez on Thursday, and are now accelerating their recruitment drive with a deal for Arnautovic.
Goal understands that the Stoke City winger, who scored six goals and provided five assists in the Premier League last season, will join the Hammers for an initial fee of £20 million.

Arnautovic will sign a five-year deal, worth £100,000-per-week, and become the Hammers’ latest signing in a busy summer.
In addition to Hernandez, West Ham have also secured Joe Hart on loan from Manchester City, and Pablo Zabaleta on a free transfer.
