A last ditch effort by Boniface Muchiri gave Tusker FC a valuable point against Tusker in the Kenyan Premier League match.
Michael Khamati gave the brewers a first half lead before the mail men equalized in the second half courtesy of Gearson Likonoh and later took a deserved lead through Jeremiah Wanjala.
Head coach Sammy ‘Pamzo’ Omollo is happy with his team but still disappointed with the late equalizer.
“My team played well, we were down in the first half but recovered in the second one. It was a good fighting spirit by my team and that really impressed me. However, I am disappointed by that late equalizer, our concentration went down and we ended up conceding.
“For Tusker, it is like they got the three points because they had lost the match. They have every reason to celebrate that draw,” Omollo told Goal on Tuesday.
Posta Rangers are currently placed ninth, two places above the eleven times league champions.
