 Simba wont sell MO to Yanga

Simba Head Coach, Cameroonian Joseph Omog has ended the speculation surrounding midfielder Mohamed Ibrahim 'MO' joining Yanga. Omog has made it clear that he has no plan of selling a player he considers important to a rival.

MO hasn’t started many matches but Omog has said this is to give him time to get used to the team and his philosophy than a matter of having trust in him.

Yanga initially planned to sign MO after seeing that he wasn’t getting starts and it was earlier thought that the fee Simba would demand would be a problem but now the player looks set to stay.

"Yanga are not competing with Simba" - Lwandamina

Yanga head Coach, George Lwandamina has played down the impact of Yanga's 5-0 win against Mbeya City as saying that the result is not a reply to Simba wining i other matches.

The competition for the League has been stiff this season with Simba currently top of the League and Yanga sitting at 3rd place.
