Kapombe open to Simba exit

After Simba revealed their intention to offload defender Shomari Kapombe who hasn’t featured for the Msimbazi giants since his signing from Azam, the player has hit back at club saying that he is open to an exit. 

The player further revealed that the club knew of his injury when they signed him and is unhappy with the manner of how the news was shared with the media.

Shomari Kapombe has been injured since his arrival at the club and Simba are looking to cut their losses by offloading him.



Lwandamina back and looking forward to next match

After wide spread rumors that Lwandamina was being linked to a return to Zesco United, Yanga has moved to quash all rumors and announce that the coach is back and will be in charge of the first team training starting Wednesday.

Yanga is third in the League with 17 points after nine matches, with Simba and Azam leading the pack with 19 points and will face Mbeya City over the weekend in Dar es Salaam.
