FC Goa coach Sergio Lobera is expecting Jamshedpur to put up a tough fight...

FC Goa have established themselves as a force to be reckoned with this season, winning three of their first four games and drawing the other. The attack has been lethal and head coach Sergio Lobera attributes this good run of form to the collective effort of the players.

"It's a collective effort. It is important to put up a collective effort on the field and get the result."

Like FC Goa, their next opponents Jamshedpur are unbeaten in the league too but the Men of Steel are entering the fixture without winning any of their last four games. Lobera expects a tough and interesting competition from fellow Spaniard Cesar Ferrando.

"It is a very tough game. Very competitive team. I know the coach from Spain I know the style of his coaching. So expecting a very competitive and tough game tomorrow."

The Gaurs have kept just one clean sheet in their four games but Lobera isn't concerned. "I have said this before. I don't think about clean sheets. It's about playing good football. I am only concerned about the goal differences at the end of the day and currently, we have nine goal difference."

The 41-year-old is pleased with the tournament and how it's panning out. "I am happy to join this time. It is a very well organised competition. It's running in a great way. Before I came I heard a lot about the league. All the teams are doing very well. Congratulations to them."

The Spaniard does not want to dwell on the past as he works on building a formidable Goa side that can challenge for the title.

"Last season is past. Won't think about that. Thinking about the present and tomorrow's (Thursday) match."
