With Bengaluru FC trailing 2-1 against FC Goa, Gurpreet Singh Sandhu was at fault for bringing down Manuel Lanzarote in retaliation inside the box.

As a consequence, referee didn’t shy from showing a straight red cad to Gurpreet and also awarding a penalty to FC Goa.

Lanzarote coolly converted past substitute goalkeeper Abhra Mondal to give Goa a two-goal lead going into the half-time.

This is the first time that the former Stabaek FC goalkeeper has seen a red card in his club career.
