Former Kenyan Premier League giants Shabana FC will face Coastal-based side Mwatate FC in the promotion play-off to determine, who plays in the National Super League nest season.
Both teams have finished second in their respective zones, meaning they will have to fight for that one slot. The match will be played at Kasarani Stadium on Sunday, and coach Andrew Kanuli is hopeful of a good outing.
“We will play our hearts out as we aim at making a return to the NSL and eventually the Kenyan Premier League. We have fought hard this season, despite the fact that we did not get the automatic qualification slot, we want to do it on style.
“I urge the fans to turn out in large numbers and support us, we need them most in this game.”
Fortune Sacco and Eldoret Youth have already made it to the NSL from Zone A and B respectively.
