Ebusua Dwarfs goalkeeper Frank Andoh has accepted his mistakes which led to his side's 3-0 defeat to newbies Karela United FC last weekend.
The 31-year-old made two early blunders which led to coach Bashir Hayford substituting him after the break and later aiming a dig at him.
However, the shot-stopper, who prior to this game, made two clean sheets, has promised to double his efforts to regain his manager's trust.
“Coach Bashir Hayford is the same person who praises us when we do the correct things on the field and will be the same person who will chastise us when things go wrong. I have to take the criticisms in good faith and improve on my shortcomings,” Andoh told footballmadeinghana.com.
“It was normal for the coach to say what he said after that game because he has been teaching us a lot about our mistakes which happen on matchdays but we find it difficult to correct them.
"I promise to improve in subsequent games and draw his praise again because I have the qualities to achieve that,” he added.
Dwarfs have picked four points from four games and will host Bechem United at the Len Clay Sports Stadium on Saturday.
