Wilson Oburu has been handed a double role as Bandari FC Goalkeeper Trainer and Assistant Team Manager in the latest reshuffle being undertaken at the Coastal club.
These are among the many changed being effected at Bandari, who have already sacked Ugandan coach Paul Nkata.
Nkata was replaced by Ken Odhiambo who will be assisted by Nassor Nwakoba.
Oburu’s appointment was confirmed by Bandari vice-chairman Musa Hassan and CEO Edward Oduor in the presence of all members of the squad at a farewell party hosted to celebrate the just ended season.
"Oburu has been promoted to the technical bench as assistant Team Manager and goalkeeper trainer," said a source from Bandari.
Oburu will continue to play as he works his way up in his new roles according to a member of the team, who spoke to Goal.
