The Ghanaian full-back is using the lockdown from the coronavirus pandemic to keep himself in shape

Samuel Inkoom has shared videos of himself engaging in various training drills in a bid to be fit while the coronavirus pandemic keeps the world on lockdown.

The 30-year-old Ghana international recently joined Georgian outfit Samtredia and has made one appearance, playing 90 minutes in the 3-1 Erovnuli Liga opening day defeat to FC Locomotive.

That game was among the only round of fixtures to be played in the Georgian top-flight which resumed for a new season on March 1, but subsequently had to be called off because of coronavirus.

Georgia has recorded more than 50 cases, but no deaths so far.

Inkoom's club was promoted to the Erovnuli Liga after finishing second in the Erovnuli Liga 2 in 2019.
