The 23-year-old defender returned to action on Saturday but lasted just 11 minutes and will now be out for his side's biggest remaining games
Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane has been ruled out of action for at least three weeks and will likely miss his side's matches with Atletico Marid, Bayern Munich and Barcelona.
'Dele Alli good enough for Madrid'
The Frenchman returned from an absence of over a month with a hamstring problem when he lined up against Alaves on Sunday, but lasted just 11 minutes after another set-back.
Varane, 23, has been diagnosed with a grade two injury in his left femoral biceps.
The new issue will see him ruled out for around three to four weeks and the former Lens player will miss some crucial games for Zinedine Zidane's side.

Saturday's derby against Atletico Madrid, the Champions League quarter-finals against Bayern Munich and the league Clasico with Barcelona on April 23 all take place during Varane's recovery period.
The news comes as a big blow for Los Blancos. Varane has been a first-team regular this season when fit, playing 32 games in all competitions and scoring four goals.
