Samuel Eto'o scored the solitary goal in Konyaspor’s 1-0 victory over Karabukspor in Saturday’s Turkish Super Lig encounter.
The Cameroon international registered his sixth goal of the season to help the Anatolian Eagle return to winning ways following their loss to Bursaspor last weekend.
The former Barcelona striker scored from the penalty spot in the 37th minute which was enough to hand Sergen Yalcın’s men the three points.

Eto’o played for 75 minutes before he was replaced by Adis Jahovic while Mali international Mustapha Yatabare sat on the bench for the entire duration.
Mali’s Hamidou Traore featured from start to finish for Unal Karaman’s men but could not help prevent the loss.
Konyaspor now have 35 points from 32 games, three places above the relegation zone and will be aiming to continue the form in their next league game against Goztepe on May 12.
