It is the biggest game of the season in League One.
Last season Millwall won this fixture against Bradford City, and the winners of this tie will hope to emulate the Lions, who have enjoyed huge success in the Championship this season.
Rotherham will be hoping that their creative midfielders will be able to make something happen, with the pace of Jon Taylor being a key factor in this game.
Both teams have spread goals throughout their side this season, with Rotherham's top scorer still being Kieffer Moore who joined Barnsley in January.
This one is tough to call as it is a battle between third and fourth, with Shrewsbury finishing eight points ahead of Rotherham at the end of the regular season.
