Premier League Betting: Crystal Palace to avoid defeat at Spurs & other best bets of the weekend

The Premier League is back after the international break and there are plenty of fixtures on Saturday for bettors to get stuck into.

Five games kick-off at 15:00 UK time and our tipster has taken a look at the odds to pick out the best value bets ahead of the action.

Manchester United vs Leicester Betting Tips

Manchester United can jump above their opponents on Saturday afternoon with victory at Old Trafford, however odds of just 3/4 (1.75) are not attractive for a team that has lost three of their last five Premier League matches at home.

Instead, the 10/11 (1.91) price on more than two goals being scored in the match seem to offer the best value, with this landing in both of United’s last two games in front of their own fans.

The same play has also landed in Leicester’s last two league matches, with the Foxes having kept just one clean sheet this season. It would also have paid out in five of the last seven meetings between these sides.

Tottenham vs Crystal Palace Betting Tips

Spurs are just 1/3 (1.33) to get back on track with just their second win of the campaign but face a tough task against fourth-place Crystal Palace.

The Eagles have won their last two league matches and six of their last nine going back to last season, with Roy Hodgson’s men worth taking a chance on at 9/4 (3.25) in the double chance market.

They have not beaten Spurs in the league since 2015 but this game could be an excellent chance for them to break that run with Mauricio Pochettino’s men having won just four of their last 16 Premier League games.

Wolves vs Chelsea Betting Tips

Both sides will be desperate for victory at Molineux, with Chelsea sat on five points from four games whilst Wolves are one of only two teams without a Premier League win this season.

Early goals have been a feature in games involving these teams, with Wolves seeing the ball hit the net inside the opening 30 minutes in three of their four fixtures, and a repeat is offered at 5/6 (1.83) with bet365.

Chelsea, too, have seen plenty of early action this season with all four of their games featuring a goal before 30 minutes, and that trend looks excellent value to continue on Saturday afternoon.
