NSL: Late goal salvages point for Modern Coast Rangers

An equalizer by former Western Stima striker Francis Ocholla salvaged a point for Modern Coast Rangers during a National Super League match played on Wednesday.

The mid-week match, staged at Afraha Stadium in Nakuru, started on a cracking pace and after a barren first half Jerome Baraka broke the deadlock for the hosts in the 68th minute. Francis Ocholla then restored the parity eight minutes later.

After playing 15 matches, Modern Rangers have 20 points from 15 matches and four points behind Nakuru All Stars but with a game in hand. Rangers play their next leage match after the expiry of the transfer window on June 12, 2017, against Kibera Black Stars at KPA Mbaraki Sports Club.
