Nigeria's Chidozie Awaziem joins FC Nantes on loan

FC Nantes have announced the signing of Nigeria international, Chidozie Awaziem on loan until the end of the 2017/18 league season.

The 20-year-old, who joined joined FC Porto in 2014 from the Nigeria Professional Football League side, El-Kanemi Warriors is one of the latest signings of former Leicester City manager, Claudio Raineri.

Awaziem, who made his debut for the Super Eagles under coach Gernot Rohr reunites with his teammate from Porto B, Joris Kayembe, who also joined the Ligue 1 side on loan.
