West Ham are considering loan offers for Reece Oxford from AZ Alkmaar and Eibar, according to the Daily Mail.

The 19-year-old spent last season at Borussia Monchengladbach, but played just seven league games for the Bundesliga club.

Now the Hammers are deciding whether to let him leave again or keep him at London Stadium with a view to integrating him into the senior squad.

Chiesa saw €70m offers snubbed


Federico Chiesa has revealed that Fiorentina turned down bids of €70 million (£63m/$81m) for him during the summer window.

The Italy international has been linked with Chelsea, Napoli and Juventus, but is happy to stay put for now.

He told Corriere della Sera: “Fiorentina has refused offers of [€70m]: the summer has been peaceful, there were no anxieties related to the market because, in agreement with the company, I had decided that I would stay in Florence. It was the best choice, and knowing that I'm worth so much does not detract from my sleep, nor does it affect my life: prices in recent years have skyrocketed and I simply try not to think about it.”

Karius completes Besiktas loan switch


Loris Karius has ended his Liverpool nightmare by joining Besiktas on loan.

The German goalkeeper has linked up with the Turkish side on a two-year deal.

Red Devils star reluctant to pen fresh terms

David de Gea is stalling on the signing of a new deal at Manchester United as he seeks pay parity with the club's top earners, reports the Daily Record.

It was suggested that the Spanish goalkeeper was close to agreeing a new five-year contract at Old Trafford.

That is, however, not the case as the Red Devils are yet to table an offer which will move their No. 1 closer to Paul Pogba and Alexis Sanchez on their salary scale.

Karius jets off to Turkey


Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius is on his way to Turkey after agreeing a loan switch to Besiktas for the next two seasons. 

The German has committed to a new contract at Anfield, but is heading elsewhere for now after falling behind Alisson in the pecking order.

Barca open Munir contract talks


Barcelona have started discussions with Munir El Haddadi over a fresh contract, Mundo Deportivo reports. 

The young attacker's deal is up at the end of the season, but the Catalans, who see him as a possible stand in for Luis Suarez this season, want to keep hold of him for the long term.

As such, they are planning on offering him a deal that will run an additional three or four years.

Sanches wanted in Turkey


Renato Sanches could be heading out of Bayern Munich on loan once more, with Fanatik reporting that Fenerbahce are keen on the Portuguese midfielder.

The Euro 2016 winner spent last season with Swansea, but has struggled for form over recent years and needs to rebuild his confidence somewhere.

The Ligue 1 club want to strengthen their left-back position but only want to spend €15 million, leading them to the 25-year-old, who is seen as expendable by the Bundesliga giants.

Jon Walters is free to leave Burnley on loan, per the Lancashire Telegraph.

The forward has made just six starts for the club since joining from Stoke City last summer, and Sean Dyche will allow the player to leave on a short-term deal if an offer is made before next week's deadline.

RB Leipzig launch €27.5 million Lookman bid


RB Leipzig have offered €27.5m (£25m/$32m) for Everton's Ademola Lookman, according to the Mirror.

It is the fourth bid submitted by the German side, who are hoping to land the 20-year-old on a permanent deal after he spent half of last season on loan with them.

The Toffees are holding out for €31 million plus adds ons for youngster, who missed their last two Premier League fixtures.

Kevin Kampl is the man seen by Barcelona as the one to fill their midfield void, according to Don Balon.

Barca have chased Manchester United' Paul Pogba all summer but will find it tough to sign him in the next week, while it looks complicated to sign either Ajax's Frenkie de Jong or PSG's Adrien Rabiot.

They have turned instead to the RB Leipzig midfielder, who is also capable of playing in more advanced areas.

Arsenal still eyeing Celtic star


Dembele heading to the Emirates?

Moussa Dembele remains a transfer target for Arsenal, according to La Provence.

The Celtic forward remains courted by many clubs around Europe, including Marseille, but the Gunners still hold an interest in the France U21 forward.

However, it appears he will remain at Celtic Park until at least January, allowing Arsenal to assess their options.


Lyon reject Sevilla bids for Mariano


Lyon have turned down tow offers from Sevilla for striker Mariano Diaz, according to L'Equipe.

The attacker has been linked with a potential switch to Real Madrid, but has clearly caught the eye elsewhere in Spain.

Sevilla are also interested in Maxwel Cornet, who is likelier to depart OL in the coming week.

Emery says Ramsey must focus on football


Arsenal boss Unai Emery said Aaron Ramsey must only focus on training and playing football amid uncertainty over his future.

Ramsey is out of contract at the end of the season and the Wales star is yet to agree to a new deal at Arsenal, having been linked with Chelsea and Barcelona.

And Emery has called on Ramsey to forget about contract talks, saying it is something for the club and his representatives to work out.

Maurizio Sarri claims that Tammy Abraham will remain at Chelsea, but admits that he has given Ruben Loftus-Cheek no promises over game time.

Aston Villa have made no secret of their desire to loan Abraham, but he has been reluctant to move to the Championship, while Chelsea rejected an audacious £25 million ($32m) bid from Tottenham on deadline day.

Valverde 'counting on' Rakitic


Ivan Rakitic is one of Barcelona's best players and should not be allowed to leave, according to head coach Ernesto Valverde.

Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly lining up a €90 million bid for the 30-year-old midfielder, who was a key part of the Croatia side that reached the World Cup final this summer.

But while the club would have options in midfield with the additions of Arthur and Arturo Vidal, Valverde is adamant Rakitic is too valuable an asset to be lost from his starting XI.

RB Leipzig make fresh £25m offer for Lookman


RB Leipzig have made a fresh £25 million ($32m) bid for Everton forward Ademola Lookman, reports the Mirror.

It is the Bundesliga club's fourth bid for Lookman, who spent the second half of last season on loan with Leipzig and impressed, though the Toffees are holding out for £28m.

And it appears his exit is nearing completion, as Lookman has been held out of the Everton squad for their match against Bournemouth this weekend.

Atletico not budging off Filipe Luis demands


Atletico Madrid remain insistent on their demand of €30 million (£27m/$35m) for Filipe Luis if the defender wishes to join Paris Saint-Germain, reports AS.

The Brazil international wants to go, and while Atletico may be willing to accept a little under that number, the Ligue 1 champions have not come near it yet.

Atletico want to situation resolved soon, so they can either move forward with the defender or buy his replacement.
