Leicester City manager, Claude Puel has hinted that Ahmed Musa could be on his way out of the club.

The Nigeria international joined the one-time Premier League champions in the summer of 2016 from CSKA Moscow for € 19.5 million but has failed to tie down regular play-time at the King Power Stadium this term with [Marc] Albrighton, [Demarai] Gray and [Riyad] Mahrez all ahead of him in the pecking order.

Despite reported interest from Turkey, the forward’s agent Tony Harris has indicated that the pacy winger will remain in England.

Asked if the winger would be sold in January, the French tactician said: “We will see.

“Perhaps it is a possibility. We will see for the player and with the opportunity for the club also.

“There is always discussion and I need to have some discussions about some players.”

Musa has only featured once for Leicester this season in a League Cup game back in August and will be hoping to get his first top-flight appearance this term when they take on Chelsea on January 13.
