Bandari FC have released their third choice goalkeeper Joseph Elimlim ahead of the new season.

The Dockers, under coach Bernard Mwalala, are shaping up for the 2018/19 Kenyan Premier League. Goal understands that the goalkeeper pushed for the exit in order to get playing time and the coastal-based side had no alternative but let him go.

Bandari has already brought on board two goalkeepers, Martin Musalia from relegated Wazito in order to push Faroukh Shikhalo to give his best. After finishing second in the previous season, Bandari are raring to go for the title and a chance to represent the nation in the Caf Champions League next year.

Mustafa Oduor is another new player signed from Nzoia Sugar in order to boost the quality of the team and make it more competitive.
