Mkhabela will be unveiled as one of Dikwena's new signings for the upcoming season having already agreed personal terms with the Rustenburg-based club

Goal can exclusively reveal that Enocent Mkhabela has agreed terms with Platinum Stars over a permanent move after being allowed to leave by Kaizer Chiefs

According to a source privy to the situation, Mkhabela was offered a two-year deal with an option to renew for a further year.

The source went on to confirm that Mkhabela may be unveiled as a Dikwena's player sooner than expected provided his parent club agrees.

If Amakhosi have a problem with Stars announcing Mkhabela as their player before the end of the month, the Rustenburg-based outfit is more likely to announce the deal when the transfer window officially opens on July 1.

"The deal is almost finalised. He (Mkhabela) has been offered a two-year deal with an option to renew for one more year," the source told Goal

"However, he still has to put pen to paper. Also, the club is still waiting to hear from Chiefs if they can go ahead and unveil him as their player before the end of his loan spell. If not, the announcement will be made in July," concluded the source.

Goal became aware of Dikwena's intentions to sign Mkhabela on a permanent basis in May, and it wasn't surprising to see him among the seven players leaving Chiefs ahead of the next season
