Isaac Success’s strike against Tottenham Hotspur in the third round of the League Cup has been nominated for Watford's September Goal of the Month prize.

The 22-year-old got the opening goal of the encounter with an audacious strike from 12 yards after using his strength and pace to beat off challenge from his marker.

Although the Hornets lost on penalties after the regulation time ended 2-2, the effort from the forward has not gone unnoticed.

The former Granada striker has Roberto Pereyra, Craig Cathcart and Andre Gray to contend with for the individual prize.
