Indian Football BREAKING - Francisco Bruto Da Costa gets Malaysian National team's assistant coach job

In what is bound to be news greeted with much rapture across India's football landscape, Francisco Bruto Da Costa, has been appointed the assistant coach of the Malaysian national football team.

A former NorthEast United assistant coach in the Indian Super League's (ISL) third edition, the Goan coach joins former Highlanders' coach Nelo Vingada in Malaysia.

An Asian Football Confederation's (AFC) Pro license as well an 'A' license coaching certificate holder, Da Costa's career has spanned the length and breadth of the Indian footbal topography.

In the capacity of an assistant coach, Da Bruta has amassed experience with the Indian U14, U17, U19 national teams as well as the All Indian Football Federation's (AIFF) Elite Academy, since 2013.

Now, the subaltern has arrived on Malaysian shores after close to 15 years in the subcontinent after impressing the former NorthEast United coach, who recently took up the reins of the Malayan Tigers.
