Gor Mahia was bundled out of the Cecafa Kagame Cup after falling to 2-0 Azam in the semi-final.

The two goals were scored in the extra time after neither side failed to find the back of the net in regular time.

K'Ogalo coach Dylan Kerr is still disappointed with the outcome, but is happy with the output of his players during the regional competition.

"I am not happy that we were eliminated in the semis, we wanted to win this match and the competition and bring the trophy back to Kenya.

"But as I said before, we were physically and mentally tired and that led to mistakes, and we were punished.

"But I am happy with my player. They did everything possible to win the game despite playing eight games in fifteen days," Kerr told Goal.
