The world football's governing body has issued a new communiqué to Ghanaian authorities

Fifa will hold a fresh meeting with Ghanaian delegation in Zurich, Switzerland, on Thursday in the wake of an August 27 ultimatum issued by the world football's governing body to withdraw a court case against Ghana Football Association.

All football related activities have been put on hold in the country after a documentary by undercover journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas revealed malpractices involving Ghana FA officials and top referees.

The new meeting was decided following a telephone conversation between Ghana president Nana Akufo-Addo and Fifa chief Gianni Infantino.

"Following the decision of Fifa Bureau of the Council on the situation of Ghana Football Association and the telephone conversation between H.E. Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo, President of the Republic of Ghana, and the President of the Federation de International of Football Association Gianni Infantino, Fifa urges the Ghanaian delegation led by the Minister of Youth and Sports, Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah to meet a Fifa delegation in Zurich on Thursday 16th August 2018, to discuss the situation of Ghana Football Association," Fifa's letter to Ghana government read.

The Ghanaian delegation is composed of:
