EXTRA TIME: Twitter reacts as SuperSport United win MTN8 Cup
SuperSport United clinched the 2017 MTN8 Cup trophy after defeating Cape Town City at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday.
The encounter ended in a 1-1 stalemate and Matsatsantsa went on to win 4-2 penalties with goalkeeper Ronwen Williams saving two spot-kicks.
This is the second time the Tshwane giants have won this tournament having clinched it in 2004 when it was still known as the SAA Supa 8 Cup.
