Moussa Sow has met with Turkey President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Sow enjoyed success in the Turkish Super Ligue and spent the second half of last season temporarily at Bursaspor where he notched four goals in 11 league matches.

The former Fenerbahce star won a Turkish top-flight title, two Turkish Cups and a Super Cup including several runner-up medals with the Yellow Canaries.

Earlier this week, the forward confirmed his retirement from Senegal national team to focus on his professional career with Shabab Al Ahli.

Erdogan has dominated Turkish politics since 2002 but a meeting with Mesut Ozil forced the Arsenal star to quit the Germany national team after receiving jeers from fans.
