Nigeria international Efe Ambrose helped Hibernian clinched the Scottish Championship title after defeating Queens of the South 3-0 at the Easter Road Stadium.
It was the Nigerian's eighth appearance for the Hibs since joining on loan from Celtic in January.
With the closest contender, Falkirk held to a 2-2 draw by Saint Mirren, Hibernian are safe to be called champions after opening an 11 points advantage atop with three games left to play.
The 28-year-old, who bagged Player of the Month for March was in top form as Darren McGregor's brace plus David Gray's strike ended Neil Lennon's side winless run in four games in a row.
Hibernian will face Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup before taking on Raith Rovers and Ayr United and Saint Mirren in their final three remaining league games.
