Edafe Egbedi inspires Landskrona to victory

Nigerian midfielder Edafe Egbedi was on target as Landskrona secured a 3-0 away victory against Karlskrona at the Vastra Marks Stadium.

The former youth international scored the first goal of the match before goals from Rasmus Alm and Karim Sadat sealed maximum points for Agim Sopi's men.

Having failed to score in six consecutive games, Egbedi put the league leaders in front in the 12th minute before Alm made it 2-0 five minutes before the half-time break.

In the second half, Sadat added the third to ensure Landskrona claim their third victory in a row to open a three-point gap on top of the Swedish Division 1 log with 26 points.

The 23-year-old has now scored three goals in 11 starts on his debut season with Landskrona since joining from Prespa in January 2017.

His side will welcomes Oddevold in their next league encounter at the Landskrona Idrottsplats Stadium on Sunday, July 2.
