You’ve got to pick yourself for a trip to England, Dylan Kerr has told Gor Mahia players ahead of the friendly match against Everton.
K’Ogalo are set to play English Premier League side in November, but there will be no automatic place for any player, with the tactician challenging his charges to fight for positions in the team.
“We have just been informed that we will play Everton in November. I don’t even know, who will play (Everton). You’ve got to pick yourself for a trip,” Kerr said.
The Briton also stressed his initial complaint on fixtures pile up as he prepared to take on Rayon Sports in a Caf Confederation Cup match on Sunday.
“Francis (Kahata) called me and complained that players are tired. If you look at my squad (against Chemelil) then you can see that we are trying our best, but the truth is there is fatigue in the team and the legs are getting tired.”
Kerr just needs three victories in the remaining nine games to retain the Kenyan Premier League title.
