A  jaded and out of form Gor Mahia fell 2-0 to Ulinzi Stars in the Kenyan Premier League clash staged at Kenyatta Stadium, Machakos.

An Elvis Nandwa double was all the Soldiers needed to take the Soldiers' season tally to 50 points. Prior to the game, cash-strapped Gor Mahia had struggled to raise a team to face the visitors who did not show any mercy when they handed the KPL champions their fourth straight defeat in all competition.

A frustrated Gor Mahia coach Dylan Kerr distanced himself from blame following the sloppy performance. "It is not my fault, that is all I can say, thanks," said Kerr in a post-match interview before storming out.
