Nigeria Professional Football League side Lobi Stars have confirmed the departure of Anthony Okpotu to Morrocan outfit Difaa El Jadidi.
Last season, the forward bagged the Nigerian Professional Football League highest goalscorer award after scoring 19 goals for Lobi.
Also, earlier in the year, he played a crucial role as Nigeria emerged runner-up at the African Nations Championship in Morocco.
On Thursday, the Ortom Boys, via their official Twitter page, announced the departure of their record goalscorer with 71 goals.
"Lobi can confirm that our/NPFL All-Time Highest Goal Scorer, Toni Okpotu, 'The Panther' (with 71 goals) has joined Morrocan side, Difaa Hassani El Jadidi. Thanks to Toni Okpotu's management team,” read the statement.
