Club National chairman Dan Mule suspended Andugu for what he termed as ‘subversive activities'

AFC Leopards’ chairman of chairman of branches, Gilbert Andugu’s membership has been suspended with immediate effect.

Club National chairman Dan Mule, in a letter dated October 16th, suspended Andugu for what he termed as ‘subversive activities with the intention to destabilize the operations of the club’.

“I regret to inform you that your membership has been placed under suspension and recommendation for expulsion has occurred …because (of) incitement of club members and fans against the national executive committee.

“Your membership has been suspended effective October 16. This expulsion is indefinite and a recommendation is being made for expulsion, Be reminded that during the period of your suspension, you must not participate in any activity of the club.”

This came amid reports late last season that division in Ingwe's technical bench could have led to the exit of Coach Rodolfo Zapata.
