Mourabitounes of Mauritania have announced their squad to play in the African Nations Championship to commence on January 11 in South Africa.
The country situated in the Maghreb region of western North Africa will be making its debut in the bi-annual football showpiece after missing out of the last two editions.
ASAC Concorde, current league leaders in the Mauritanian league, boast of seven players in Neveu’s team.
Mauritania are in Group D alongside Burundi, Gabon and DR Congo. Their first match comes up on January 14 against DR Congo.
