Nigerians Abroad: Ogenyi Onazi scores a rocket against Inter as Moses comes on as a sub in Chelsea draw

The youthful midfielder added a rocket in the Serie A to the jinking run goal that he got in the Europa League

SS Lazio got a 3-1 away at Inter Milan on Wednesday and the third goal by Nigerian youngster, Ogenyi Onazi was the cherry on the cake.

Onazi came off the bench in the 60th minute to replace Cristian Ledesma and scored in the 77th minute to record his first Serie A goal.

Onazi was a key cog in the Nations Cup winning Super Eagles and the 2012/13 season has become his breakout year on the national and club stages.

The 20-year old has played 13 league matches for the Biancocelesti this season and his first league goal will be long remembered by the Lazio fans that travelled for the game in Milan.

Onazi found the top right-hand corner with a superb 30-yard free-kick to help his side back to sixth on the table and a chance to win a place in the Europa League with two games to play. He had 77% pass accuracy from 18 touches, committed one foul, and completed two tackles.

Meanwhile in England, the race for Champions League between three London clubs - Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur will likely not be decided until the last day of teh season.

Victor Moses came on for Eden Hazard in the 73rd minute in Chelsea's 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspurs. Mikel Obi is still side-lined by a hip injury but he has returned to training.
