Liberia U20 Women expected in Nigeria on Friday

The west African team will be hoping to erase a six-goal deficit when they face the Falconets in Saturday’s World Cup qualifier
Liberia U20 Women team are expected in the country tomorrow ahead of their Fifa U20 Women second round second leg qualifier billed for Saturday at the Abuja National Stadium.

The first leg played at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium saw Peter Dedevbo’s girls triumph 7-1 with Yetunde Adeboyejo netting a brace while a brace from Amarachi Orjinma plus goals from Chinwedu Ihezuo and Juliet Sunday tore apart the Liberian girls.

Meanwhile, the Confederation of African Football has appointed Togo’s Vincentia Enyonam Amedome to handle the encounter, with compatriots Kossiwa Kpadenou, Cherifa Moussa and Aissata Ameyo Amegee assisting her.

The match commissioner is Lea Annette Dabanga from Central African Republic.

The winner of the fixture will proceed to the third round of qualifiers, to play the winner of the Namibia/DR Congo fixture for a place at the 2016 Fifa U20 Women’s World Cup billed for Papua New Guinea.
