Commentary

Thank you for joining our coverage, we hope you enjoyed the game. Until next time, goodbye!
Wolves host Portuguese side Braga next in the Europa League before a visit to Crystal Palace's Selhurst Park, while Chelsea face Valencia and then Liverpool at Stamford Bridge.
There goes the full-time whistle! A seven-goal thriller at Molineux sees Chelsea emerge victorious following an Abraham hat-trick sandwiched in between strikes from Tomori and Mount as Lampard's English youngsters start to flourish. Wolves got two goals back as Kepa was partially culpable for an Abraham own goal and Cutrone's strike, but it wasn't enough as their league form continues to suffer from the demands of European football. It finishes 5-2 to Chelsea!
90' + 7' FULL-TIME: WOLVES 2-5 CHELSEA
M. Batshuayi
Assist
90' + 6' Batshuayi found his team-mate in a dangerous position on the left side of the box and the midfielder showed quick feet to beat his man and get a shot away.
M. Mount
Goal
90' + 6' GOAL!! Mount makes it 5-2 to Chelsea! He gets down the left and cuts back inside Vallejo before tucking the ball inside the far corner past Patricio!
90' + 5' WIDE! The game is so stretched as tired legs start to show. Batshuayi wriggles into some space and tries to steer a left-footed effort into the bottom corner, but it's just wide.
90' + 4' SHOT! Jonny gets the ball in a central area, shifts it onto his right foot and smacks an effort at goal from distance, but it's a reasonably comfortable take for Kepa.
90' + 2' WIDE! Batshuayi drops his shoulder and tries to jink his way through the Wolves defence. A deflection falls kindly for him and he hits a sweet strike with his left foot, but it flies just wide of the target!
90' + 1' CHANCE! The ball is fizzed across the face of goal from the right and Vallejo very nearly concedes an own goal, but manages to guide it wide of the post!
90' NO PENALTY! Cutrone appears to be bundled to the ground by Tomori off the ball as they run towards an overhit ball into the box, but the referee waves the appeals away.
88' WIDE! Mount curls a free-kick into the area and Batshuayi gets up well to meet it, but can only glance his header wide of the far post.
86' VAR were checking for offside against Doherty in the build-up to that goal, but they have ruled him onside and the goal stands!
P. Cutrone
Goal
85' GOAL!! Wolves have another! Doherty smashes one at Kepa after being released down the right and Kepa can only parry into the path of Cutrone, who diverts the loose ball home for his first Wolves goal! It's 4-2!
84' SAVE! Barkley and Mount link up well down the left and the ball is fizzed into Batshuayi, but Patricio is out quickly to deny him!
82' CHANCE! Azpilicueta gets down the right and fizzes the ball across the face of goal via a deflection from Coady. Batshuayi and Mount just couldn't get there to divert it in.
80' CLOSE! Zouma meets Mount's free-kick and powers a header just over the bar! That wasn't far away at all.
R. Saïss
Yellow Card
79' Saiss allows his frustration to get the better of him and fouls Willian, earning himself a yellow card.
M. Batshuayi
T. Abraham
77' Wolves are furious as play is stopped for Abraham, who has gone down with cramp and is now replaced by Batshuayi up front.
75' Gibbs-White has been a bright spark since his introduction and has the chance to volley at goal from the edge of the box. He opts to flick it over to his left side instead, but is dispossessed in the process.
74' OVER! Abraham tries a difficult volley at an awkward height but it's sent over the bar. Not an easy chance to take.
72' NO PENALTY! Doherty goes down in the box as he gets the wrong side of Alonso with the ball, but the referee waves his appeals away and VAR does not overturn it!
M. Gibbs-White
R. Jiménez
70' Jimenez is also replaced by promising youngster Gibbs-White in Nuno's final change.
R. Barkley
M. Kovačić
70' Kovacic is replaced by Barkley in the Chelsea midfield. A common sight over the last season or so for Blues fans.
T. Abraham
Own Goal
69' OWN GOAL! Wolves have one back! Saiss gets above his man and heads it down but straight at Kepa. However, the goalkeeper's attempted save is weak and he fumbles it off Abraham's arm and into the corner of the net! That's poor from the Spaniard and unfortunate for the striker.
68' CLOSE! Cutrone gets in behind to latch onto a throughball and smacks a low shot off a defender and into the side-netting!
66' MISS! How has Mount not scored?! He latches onto a ball in behind and touches it around the onrushing Patricio, but somehow steers his shot into the side-netting with the goal gaping! It should be 5-0!
A. Christensen
Yellow Card
64' Christensen lunges in on Jota and is the next Chelsea player to go into the book. The Wolves forward had plenty of space to run into there.
T. Abraham
Yellow Card
62' Abraham finds himself at the base of midfield and clips Jota's heels, seeing him pick up a yellow card to go with his hat-trick.
60' OVER! Abraham hooks a free-kick out as far as Neves outside the box, and the midfielder's attempted volley is miles over the bar. Not his finest hit.
58' CHANCE! Wolves so close to pulling one back! Jota flashes the ball across the face of goal and Cutrone slides in to divert it home, but he can only get the slightest touch on it and it's not enough!
M. Doherty
Adama Traoré
56' The explosive Traore is now replaced by Doherty at right-wing-back.
Jorginho
Assist
55' Jorginho sent the ball direct to his striker and the young forward did the rest superbly.
T. Abraham
Goal
55' GOAL!!! ABRAHAM GETS HIS HAT-TRICK!!! He takes a long ball down, stops and then beats Coady with quick feet before tucking it into the bottom-left corner across Patricio! It's now 4-0 to Chelsea!
54' Chelsea then break and Mount crosses into the middle, but Saiss does well to head clear.
52' Traore looks to have gotten the better of Alonso again but he slips on the turf and the ball is turned over.
50' Jota plays Jimenez in behind just a fraction late and the striker is flagged for offside. Wolves have started the half  brightly.
48' BLOCK! Neves chests a loose ball and hits a sweet volley on his weaker left foot, but it's blocked away for a corner.
46' We're back underway for the second half.
P. Cutrone
L. Dendoncker
46' Midfielder Dendoncker comes off for Cutrone, an extra striker at the break as Nuno looks to get his side back from a desperate position.
K. Zouma
A. Rüdiger
46' Rudiger has been forced off at the break for Zouma. Possibly a recurrence of the defender's injury.
Lampard will be very pleased with the final 15 minutes of his side's first-half performance as they stepped up a gear and blew their opposition away within a scintillating 10-minute spell. They will want to guard against complacency, however, having let a two-goal lead slip against Sheffield United last time out, and the Blues boss may want to keep an eye on how easily Traore is getting the better of Alonso.
Wolves will be thankful for the half-time whistle. After a dull opening half-hour, Chelsea exploded into life following Tomori's long-range curler, with Abraham scoring twice in the next 10 minutes to give the Blues a commanding lead. Nuno will have plenty to do in his half-time team-talk. It's 3-0 to Chelsea at the break!
45' + 3' HALF-TIME: WOLVES 0-3 CHELSEA
45' + 2' WIDE! Traore beats Alonso with ease and crosses for Jimenez, who has worked himself a yard, but he can't steer his header on-target!
45' Wolves are doing their best to grab a goal to get themselves back into the game before half-time, but Chelsea are dealing with the crosses into the box much better now.
43' Chelsea could be set for their first away Premier League win in 2019 that is not against a newly-promoted team. In their eight previous away games against teams who aren't newly-promoted, they've won none, drawn two and lost six, scoring only once and conceding 21 times.
Marcos Alonso
Assist
41' Alonso picked up the pieces on the left from the initial cross and had plenty of time and space to pick Abraham out in the middle.
T. Abraham
Goal
41' GOAL!! Abraham makes it 3-0! He uses his strength to shrug Abraham out of the way and powers a cross into the top-left corner of the net with an emphatic header! Chelsea are running riot at Molineux!
40' Chelsea play out well from the back and Willian bursts down the right before crossing into the box dangerously. The visitors are ramping up the pressure now.
38' CHANCE! Traore bursts down the right and then into the centre with pace before releasing Jota into the box. The forward tries to turn rather than shooting first-time, however, and he's robbed of possession.
36' Wolves are the only Premier League team yet to lead for a single minute in a game so far this season, and their task to change that has only gotten more difficult after conceding twice in three minutes.
T. Abraham
Goal
34' GOAL!! Chelsea make it 2-0! Tomori barrels his way down the left before feeding Mount, who is hauled to ground, but Abraham picks up the pieces, turns and fires in to double the Blues' lead! It would almost certainly have been a penalty if the striker hadn't scored.
F. Tomori
Goal
31' GOAL!! WHAT A HIT FROM TOMORI! Chelsea take the lead in extraordinary circumstances! An attempted short-corner routine goes wrong but the loose ball falls to Tomori outside the box and the centre-half curls one into the top-left corner from some distance! The spin of the ball seemed to fool Patricio, who moved the wrong way initially. It's 1-0 to Chelsea!
29' OVER! Azpilicueta's cross finds Willian on the edge of the box and he feints his way into a shooting position, but sends his strike well over the bar.
28' Chelsea just can't break the lines of Wolves as they dominate the ball for a spell and try to work the first shot on target of the day.
26' Vallejo wins the ball and turns out really cleverly before playing the ball into midfield, but it's then lost as Saiss has to stay cool as he chests a cross back to Patricio.
24' Rudiger has looked rather rusty so far when he has been tested by Wolves, and it might be an avenue the hosts look to exploit.
22' Abraham is caught disappointingly offside despite looking across the line as Rudiger tries to feed him in behind.
20' SIDE-NETTING! Mount's corner is underhit and goes towards the near post, but Rudiger gets ahead of his man to flick it on and it deflects off a Wolves defender and into the side-netting!
18' Christensen tries to knock it forward for Willian, but he overhits the pass and it runs out of play ahead of the Brazilian.
16' Willian tries to slip Alonso in but the left wing-back doesn't take it in and allows Vallejo to nick the ball away from him.
14' Wolves are causing problems with their cut-backs from wide areas and another one comes in, this time from Jota, but Mount is back well to intercept.
12' Chelsea are keeping the ball at the moment but their passing lacks a little purpose. It finally goes forward but Azpilicueta gives it away.
10' Azpilicueta receives the ball wide on the right and lays it off to Jorginho in the middle. He dinks one into the box but it's heavy and goes straight behind for a goal-kick.
8' Chelsea have finally settled on the ball after a hectic opening period. They've looked far from convincing defensively, though.
6' Traore's pace is causing Alonso all sorts of problems already down the flank. The wide-man has beaten his opposite number a couple of times already today and fizzed a ball into the box, but Chelsea have just about dealt with the deliveries so far.
5' Vallejo is making his Premier League debut today and the Real Madrid loanee looks very assured on the ball.
3' Wolves build a clever attack down the left and Jota scraps the ball away from Rudiger, chasing down tirelessly and forcing the Chelsea defender to hack clear and straight back to the hosts.
1' We're underway at Molineux!
Clashes between these two here often provide plenty of entertainment, as none of the last 13 top-flight meetings between the pair at Molineux have ended level, with Chelsea winning six of those (L7). The Blues have won five of the last seven, though Wolves have won two of the last three.
Wolves were unbeaten in their two Premier League meetings with Chelsea last season (W1 D1), having lost seven of their first eight games against them in the competition (W1).
Frank Lampard changes his system to incorporate three central defenders and match Wolves, with Zouma, Barkley and Pulisic starting on the bench, while Emerson is not in the squad. Rudiger starts on his return from injury alongside Christensen, with Willian and Alonso also included in the side. N'Golo Kante remains sidelined through injury.
Nuno Espirito Santo makes four changes to the side that lost 3-2 to Everton away from home, with Cutrone and Vinagre dropping to the bench, while Boly is suspended and Bennett drops out of the squad entirely. Jota, Jonny, Vallejo and Moutinho start in their places, while fit-again Doherty makes the bench.

Chelsea XI (3-4-3): Kepa Arrizabalaga; Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen, Fikayo Tomori; Cesar Azpilicueta, Jorginho, Matteo Kovacic, Marcos Alonso; Willian, Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount
