UEFA Champions League
UEFA Europa League
UEFA Europa League Qualifiers

Liverpool return to Anfield to play Leicester next week while Sheffield United travel to Watford. On this evidence, they both can have plenty of hope for the rest of this season. That's all for now. Goodbye!
Liverpool become the second Premier League side to win their first seven games of the season after Chelsea in 2005-06, who won the league at a canter. They go eight points clear of Man City, who travel to Everton this afternoon. United stay 10th. They have nothing to fear.
Liverpool make it seven Premier League wins out of seven, but they definitely didn't have this all their own way. An unlucky mistake by Sheffield United's young keeper Dean Henderson proved the difference between the sides in the end, but United come away with a lot of credit. If they play like this every week, there's no way they'll be in trouble by the end of the season.
90' + 5' Egan swings in the ball for Clarke but Adrian claims it. That should be that.
A. Oxlade-Chamberlain
S. Mané
90' + 4' Liverpool shore up one last time. Mane off. Oxlade-Chamberlain on. They've had to work hard today but this isn't over yet.
90' + 2' United get a throw down the left. It's played back to Stevens who curls it into Liverpool's box. Fleck nods it on to McBurnie but his tame effort is collected by Adrian.
90' There's a flurry of half-chances. Origi cuts inside to drag a shot wide into the side netting, then Salah has a shot blocked. Up the other end, McBurnie rises high to head wide from Baldock's cross. There will be *four* added minutes. Can Sheffield United nick a point here?
89' Clarke almost gets on the end of another through ball through the middle but Adrian spots this one earlier and races out to kick away. United have been excellent today. It's not their fault their keeper had one fatal moment of butterfingers.
J. Milner
Roberto Firmino
87' Klopp decides to tighten his team up. Firmino is replaced by Milner.
85' CHANCE FOR CLARKE! Fleck rolls a ball into the box from deep on the left. Clarke gets between Matip and Robertson and scoops over from six yards out! The striker's probably offside, but what a story that would have been if he'd scored.
Yellow Card
83' Adrian is booked for timewasting over a goal-kick. The home fans complain despite their own player being flagrantly guilty of it earlier, as is their right.
82' Now United are chasing the game, they're leaving themselves increasingly open at the back. Stevens gets his feet together to hook the ball away from Salah just in the nick of time, as Liverpool counter following the corner.
80' Wijnaldum fires wide from distance from the corner. United go upfield and win their own corner off Mane. Lundstram takes the corner with Norwood off. O'Connell heads it down but it's smashed away by Origi.
78' Henderson keeps Sheffield United in the game! The keeper redeems himself, keeping Salah out after the Egyptian was sent one-on-one by Lundstram's misplaced pass. Salah should really have scored.
L. Clarke
O. Norwood
77' Wilder responds to his side's unfortunate setback. Norwood goes off for the striker Leon Clarke, who's making his first Premier League appearance at 34 years old. Perhaps there's time for us yet.
76' Liverpool pressure Basham into giving them another corner. United manage to hold firm this time. They've still got a chance of getting something out of this, but they need a goal now.
74' The gates are opening for Liverpool now. Origi passes inside to Mane who forces Dean Henderson to make a routine stop again. Seconds later, Salah tests Henderson's confidence with his own long range effort. To his credit, the keeper catches that too.
72' That's Liverpool's first shot on target of the entire match so far. Sometimes your luck's just in.
G. Wijnaldum
70' GOAL! 1-0 LIVERPOOL! Liverpool get a stroke of luck they scarcely deserve. Wijnaldum drives a low shot from outside the box towards the centre of the goal. It should be a routine save for Dean Henderson, but the keeper somehow spills it and it rolls into the net! That's cruel on Sheffield United, who've played so well so far.
68' Mousset fouls Wijnaldum deep in United's half. Both sides are getting closer and closer to a goal. But who will get it first?
67' United get a few more chances to grab a goal! Fleck makes his way into the box and has his shot blocked by Robertson who arrives from nowhere. Lundstram takes the ball down on the penalty spot and clatters his own shots into Van Dijk! Liverpool cling on.
65' United's fans sense an upset. They're making an almighty racket! Norwood unleashes a shot from outside the box and Adrian dives low to his right to keep it out! United corner. Nothing comes of it.
D. Origi
J. Henderson
64' It is Henderson who's hooked - Origi's the one to come on for him. Liverpool will change their shape again. How they will is still to be seen.
J. O'Connell
Yellow Card
63' O'Connell is booked for kicking the ball away, delaying the goal-kick and wasting a precious bit of time for Liverpool. You've got to love it.
62' Liverpool are also preparing a substitution. It sounds like Jordan Henderson might be the player who's sacrificed. Henderson does himself no favours with a ball down the line that finds no one.
L. Mousset
C. Robinson
60' Sheffield United make the first change of the game. It's a like-for-like swap up front - Robinson off, Mousset on.
59' Alexander-Arnold steps up and scoops the ball over for a drop goal. Unfortunately for him and Liverpool, he's playing in the Premier League, not at the Rugby World Cup. The English full-back is having an off-day.
57' Liverpool's threat is growing. Lundstram misses a tackle and United give away a free-kick in a central position when Wijnaldum's shirt is pulled. It's about 30 yards out - what can Liverpool do with this?
55' Dean Henderson is out to claim a cross from the right. Liverpool have a go down the opposite side - Robertson sends through Mane, who goes down from an excellent sliding tackle from Lundstram. The Liverpool supporters scream for a penalty but Mane doesn't appeal.
53' Norwood swings the corner in and McBurnie rises high to nod over! Another chance for Sheffield United goes begging. If Chris Wilder's side were just a bit more clinical up front, they'd be a force to be reckoned with in the Premier League.
52' There's an accidental collision between two Liverpool players that leaves Jordan Henderson on the deck as he gives away a corner for United. The Liverpool captain's soon up on his feet, but out of action for this set-piece.
51' van Dijk intercepts another United cross, this time from Fleck wider on the left. The Dutchman puffs his cheeks. He's got his work cut out for him today.
50' Robinson takes out van Dijk. Play goes on. Robinson looks to feed McBurnie but van Dijk spots it and pokes it out for a throw. What a majestic defender the Dutchman is.
49' Liverpool look to have changed their structure at half-time. They're now playing with a back three of their own with Fabinho between Matip and van Dijk.
47' van Dijk gets on the end of the corner to prevent anything coming of it. United get a throw on the right and Baldock's cross veers towards Adrian. The keeper claims it, and the home fans yell for a corner. It's not forthcoming.
46' Liverpool attack straight from the off. Fabinho creams the ball straight at the United defence to no avail. Fleck drives into the box on the counter and van Dijk is there to prevent Robinson getting a tap-in. United corner.
45' The second half gets underway! What will Liverpool come up with in this half to break down this stubborn United side?
Bramall Lane is just one of three grounds Liverpool have played at without winning in the Premier League alongside Nottingham Forest's City Ground and Blackpool's Bloomfield Road. Liverpool didn't get a shot on target in the first half, but the last time that happened they won 1-0. That was against Brighton last January. Will United keep their unbeaten home record against the Reds and get a result from what is - for them - a free hit?
It's goalless at the break but by no means boring. Sheffield United have more than matched Liverpool for energy and will think they can nick this in the second half. Liverpool have only really carved United open once when Mane hit the post. Otherwise, they've been largely subdued by the home side's excellent organisation. We're set for a thrilling second half!
45' United get the corner away - they're still looking confident! Robinson holds up the ball down the left and curls in an in-swinging cross. Lundstram climbs at the far post to nod it towards McBurnie, whose header comes off Matip. Nothing comes of that corner either.
43' What a let-off for Sheffield United! Liverpool break quickly and look menacing. Firmino puts the ball on a plate for Mane whose shot clatters off the near post! Fleck bravely dives into the tackle to hand Liverpool a corner.
42' United work the ball to Baldock who whips it in. Basham has ambled forward into the box to cause a bit of confusion. McBurnie has a swing at it but it goes out for a goal-kick.
40' Liverpool continue to probe to little joy. United can't get the ball away and Robertson is in space down the left but his pass for Mane is sloppy. United goal-kick.
38' Liverpool go on the counter quickly - that's when United look most vulnerable. Wijnaldum scoops an effort way over from distance.
36' Norwood switches the play to Stevens on the left. He looks for Robinson who gets between Matip and van Dijk but mistimes his header! The striker should have done better there.
34' Liverpool are trying to speed up their play. Another Alexander-Arnold cross is nodded away by Egan. Robertson fires a first-time shot across goal from range that's always heading wide.
32' Liverpool have nowhere to go, leaving van Dijk with no alternative but to pass back to Adrian briefly. Van Dijk resorts to going long and finds Mane on the run, who slashes the ball over from 10 yards! That was Liverpool's best chance so far.
30' Salah wins a free-kick down the right when he's fouled by Stevens. Alexander-Arnold's effort is dealt with by Norwood. Liverpool launch the ball back in and that's seen off too. United are holding Liverpool at arm's length at the moment.
28' United are rattling Liverpool. McBurnie spots Robinson lurking at the far post and loops a cross towards him that van Dijk just about intercepts. Lundstram's follow-up from the right of the box is blocked. There's a mighty roar from the home fans. They're buoyed by this.
26' Alexander-Arnold plays an aimless pass straight towards O'Connell. No threat there. Liverpool get the ball back and Salah cuts inside to roll a low shot wide of Dean Henderson's right-hand post.
24' United are playing in such a compact manner that Liverpool have no choice but to play the ball side-to-side to little effect. Alexander-Arnold ignores Jordan Henderson on the overlap and elects to curl a cross towards the far post that's no worry to Dean Henderson.
22' It's raining heavily in Sheffield and that's causing the players a few problems on the pitch. Egan slips in possession with Mane close by but it's far enough upfield that United get away with it.
20' Mane is penalised for putting in a high boot. United free-kick. Norwood finds Fleck who plays a slide-rule pass to Robinson. Robinson lets fly from just outside the box and isn't too far away. Liverpool aren't having this easy so far.
18' Liverpool's wait until the 16th minute for their first shot of the game was the longest they've been held at bay in a match since they played Southampton this past April. United's gameplan is clearly working for now.
16' Wijnaldum takes a shot from range which deflects out for Liverpool's first corner. Van Dijk attacks Alexander-Arnold's effort and Mane fluffs an overhead kick. United get a goal-kick.
14' Lundstram challenges Wijnaldum and wins the ball but United can't counter. The home side are briefly caught in transition and Egan clears before Salah can nip in.
12' Stevens drills a low cross in from the left and Alexander-Arnold boots it out for United's first corner of the game. Henderson, who tried to block the cross, takes a knock in the process but is fine to continue. Baldock nods wide from Norwood's corner. Liverpool haven't got going yet.
10' Liverpool win the ball from the throw. Alexander-Arnold pings a lovely cross-field pass towards his opposite number Robertson who's powering down the left, but the Scot can't keep it in play.
9' Alexander-Arnold hands Robinson possession with a sloppy pass back. United work it to Baldock whose cross is headed away. They soon win a throw down their left.
7' McBurnie gets down the inside-left channel and tries to jink past Matip in the box but can't beat the Cameroonian. United certainly aren't intimidated by their illustrious visitors.
6' United show the first signs of their famous overlapping centre-backs as O'Connell almost wins a throw down the left. It's given Liverpool's way - the home fans aren't impressed.
5' Understandably, United's back three is looking more like a back five early on with their wing-backs staying deep against Salah and Mane. Liverpool are having to be patient.
3' Sheffield United win the ball back - it's their first chance to attack Liverpool. Stevens gives the ball to McBurnie who cuts inside on his right and fires a decent shot straight at Adrian. A promising start for the home side.
2' Mane feeds Firmino who can't get a shot away. Liverpool put together some intricate play on the edge of the 18-yard box, biding their time. Good early pressure from Liverpool.
1' Alexander-Arnold lumps the ball down the line for Salah to start off this game. It's an easy one for Henderson to claim in the United goal.
1' Referee Anthony Taylor gets this game underway - Liverpool's first visit to Bramall Lane since 2006!
Liverpool are formidable opponents for any team in England right now. Jurgen Klopp's men haven't just started the season with six wins from six; they haven't lost any of their last 23 Premier League games, winning their last 15 in a row. They've also won their last 12 Premier League matches against newly promoted sides. Can Sheffield United stem the Red tide?
Sheffield United are unchanged from the side that enjoyed that smash-and-grab win over Everton last week. Likewise, Liverpool name the same team as the one that beat Chelsea 2-1 at Stamford Bridge last Sunday. Both teams are back to normal service after their EFL Cup games midweek.

LIVERPOOL (4-3-3): Adrian; Trent Alexander-Arnold, Virgil van Dijk, Joel Matip, Andrew Robertson; Jordan Henderson (c), Fabinho, Georginio Wijnaldum; Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane.

SHEFFIELD UNITED (3-5-2): Dean Henderson; Chris Basham, John Egan, Jack O'Connell; George Baldock, John Lundstram, Oliver Norwood, John Fleck, Enda Stevens; Oliver McBurnie, Callum Robinson.
Liverpool have never won at Bramall Lane in the Premier League before. However, the current league leaders will surely view this game against newly promoted opponents as a chance to go eight points clear at the top of the table, at least for a few hours. Let's see how they fare!
Sheffield United's decent start to their Premier League campaign continues after they nabbed a clinical win away to Everton last week. However, Everton's cross-city rivals Liverpool - the European champions, don't forget - are a rather more challenging prospect.
Hello and welcome to our live text commentary of this Premier League clash between Sheffield United and Liverpool at Sheffield United's home ground Bramall Lane.
