Yiadom garnered 38 per cent of votes to emerge the winner.
The 26-year-old has been in good form for Reading since transferring from Barnsley in the summer.
The English-born has so far made 11 Championship appearances - all starts - for The Royals.
On Tuesday, he lasted for the entire duration as his side slumped to a disappointing 1-0 home defeat to Queens Park Rangers.
