Felda United’s Zah Ran Krangar was the beneficiary of a rainy day in Asia as he found the net with a 40-yard chip during his side’s 1-1 AFC Cup group stage home draw to Ha Noi.
The 32-year-old midfielder from Liberia received the ball directly from the 'keeper during a counter attack, and as the ball was bouncing it found a puddle and stopped immediately.
This gave Krangar the perfect opportunity to chip the stranded shot-stopper as he charged from his goal to collect the ball, only to be fooled by the soggy surface.
The goal has struck comparisons to Fernando Torres' first goal for Chelsea back in 2011, as the wet pitch allowed the Spaniard to swivel in possession and strike past Rob Green in the West Ham goal.
