The Arsenal forward struck twice on an emotional day in north London while the Belgium international led Man City's title celebrations

Alexandre Lacazette ensured there was a happy ending to an emotional afternoon at the Emirates Stadium.

In Arsenal’s first outing since Arsene Wenger announced his impending departure, a dogged West Ham looked set to heap more frustration on the Gunners until Lacazette took centre stage.

The France international struck twice in the final 10 minutes to earn himself a score of 93/100 on the Goal Pressure Index, presented by Sure and powered by Opta data, to lead the Pressure Index Team of the Week.

He was joined by midfield colleague Aaron Ramsey, who made three key passes including an assist in the 4-1 victory.

Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne slots in alongside Ramsey after hitting his first Premier League goal since January as he was the star of the show on an afternoon where Pep Guardiola’s side were able to celebrate their title success.
