Mumbai City vs Jamshedpur ISL 2018/19
The Spanish coach hinted towards the fixture pile-up but chose not to use it as an excuse…

Jamshedpur FC  will look for their first home win of the 2018-19 Indian Super League (ISL) on Monday when they take on Kerala Blasters.
The Red Miners started their campaign with a win in Mumbai but since then have taken only a point in each of their next three matches.
Coach Cesar Ferrando was asked to explain the reason as to why his team are conceding silly goals and not able to convert their dominance of possession into goals.
“This is football sometimes you well and win and at times you (don’t) play well and win. I am happy with my team. My team is playing very well. We have to continue our work and improve our game. We have to continue the procedure and try to win. But this happens in football.
“We want to win every match. I think all coaches think the same. This is a very strong league. Each game is big and it is very difficult to face teams. When I analyse my team, I want to see my team improving after every match,” he reasoned.
Ferrando is known to tinker with his line-up and the former Atletico Madrid coach shared his thoughts on the same.
“When I choose the line-up, I try to choose the best players. I have to keep all the players in shape. When I see them in training and then I decide the best XI,” he explained.
Tim Cahill only came on as a substitute in the last game and is yet to open his goalscoring account in the ISL.
“Tim is fit. He has played 3 matches. He needs time as he is still 70 to 80 per cent fit. He needs more time to get to his (best) fitness,” he mentioned.
Delhi Dynamos coach Josep Gombau has complained about the fixture pile-up for his side. Ferrando is the latest to suggest the same.
