Ghana coach Yussif Bisigi has published his list of 21 players for the 2018 Women's World Cup which kicks off in France on August 5.

Following the ban on football in the country by the government, the preparation of the team for the tournament almost hit a snag at a point, as their training tour to Spain was cancelled. They had to travel to Kumasi for preparatory games.

Goalkeeper Barikisu and defender Pearl Boamah were the only two players dropped by coach Bisigi while star striker Princella Adubea has been ruled out through injury.

Ghana have been paired with France, Netherlands and New Zealand in Group A. They will open their campaign against the hosts at the Stade de la Rabine, Vannes before facing Netherlands three days later.
