EXTRA TIME: Bolasie sends comfort message to disheartened Everton fan

The Toffees’ poor form across all competitions this season has left their fans unhappy and one has received a warmth reassurance from Yannick Bolasie

Everton forward Yannick Bolasie sent a soothing message to a 50-year-old fan who made known his displeasure at the club’s disappointing results.

David Unsworth’s men have lost seven games in 13 league games this campaign, winning just three with only two points above the relegation zone.

The Goodison Park outfit are already eliminated from the League Cup and the Uefa Europa League, with a game to spare.

And the 28-year-old who is yet to return to action since he suffered a knee ligament injury against Manchester United in December 2016, calmed a fan who poured his hearts out to him via Twitter.

Meanwhile, the DR Congo international who recently trained with the first-team as he steps up his recovery also spent time with an Everton fan who challenged him for a Fifa game on social media.
