Napoli begin their Champions League campaign with a trip to Red Star Belgrade on Tuesday evening. Group C looks a tough assignment too, with Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool occupying the other two spots.
The bookmakers believe the visitors are firm favourites for this game though. 888Sport are offering just 11/25 (1.44) on Carlo Ancelotti's side securing three points.
While Napoli are clearly the superior team in this contest, their away record in Europe doesn't inspire much confidence, especially at such a short price.
Last season the Serie A side lost all three away matches in their Champions League group. A 2-1 defeat at Manchester City would have been expected but they also went down by the same score line to Shakhtar Donetsk and Feyenoord.
The hosts are flying in the early part of the Super Liga season, having taken a perfect 21 points from their opening seven matches. They also had to get the better of Red Bull Salzburg in order to qualify for this stage.
While the quality of that opposition obviously isn't as high as they're likely to face here, Red Star certainly look capable of making things tough for the visitors and the prices available make that an angle worth considering.
888Sport go 39/20 (2.95) that the home side take at least a point from the match. This wager can be found as Red Star Belgrade or Draw in the Double chance market and looks attractive as a small stakes selection given that Napoli have had their fair share of travel sickness in this competition of late.
