Aubameyang, Giroud, Fraser and the Goal Pressure Index Team of the Week

New arrival Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang ensured Arsene Wenger received a fitting send-off this past weekend, inspiring Arsenal to a 5-0 drubbing of Burnley.

The former Dortmund man has now scored seven league goals at the Emirates this term; the most of any Arsenal player in their first seven home appearances in the Premier League.

His two goals and an assist earned him a score of 91/100 on the Goal Pressure Index, presented by Sure and powered by Opta data, to lead the Pressure Index Team of the Week.

He is joined up front by former Gunner Olivier Giroud, who headed the only goal of the game in a rare star as Chelsea saw off Liverpool 1-0 at Stamford Bridge to keep their dreams of Champions League qualification alive.

The Frenchman scored in a league game in which he started for the first time since May 2017 for Arsenal - each of his previous six goals in the competition had come from the bench.

Behind them sits one of the form players of the Premier League season in Bournemouth’s Ryan Fraser, who hit the lone goal in his side’s clash with Swansea to register his best-ever goal tally in a single league season [five].
